1.What Is POP's?
POP's is the outlet sales location for Patton Picture Company.
Patton Picture Company is located in the same group of buildings on Lynndale Court as POP's. We employ over 150 associates and produce framed art and wall décor both in Mechanicsburg and overseas. We sell to most major retailers in the US.

2.Why is POP's not open every Saturday or have regular hours?
POP's is a true manufacturer's outlet. The framed art and wall décor comes from production overruns, customer changes in design, discontinued items, and "one of a kind" designer samples returned from our New York showroom. For these reasons we do not have a consistent source of wall décor for Pop’s Outlet to be open regularly. Our confidential e-mail list is the best way to be notified of our next opening. 3.Does POP's advertise?
No. The existence of POP's as a great place to buy framed art and wall décor has become known only through friends and our email list.

4.Why is the framed art not sorted by style or theme?
As a manufacturer's outlet we do not put any additional costs into merchandising the art and wall décor that is available. We do sort by size to limit damage. Recently we have begun to place mirrors, collages, and “featured art” in specific locations.

5.Why can I not find matching sets of art or the same image when I return the next time POP's is open?
As we are a true manufacturer's outlet, matching images together or even the same image being available later is rarely the case. Most of our regular customers understand, "if you like it .. buy it now", as it will not likely be there later. And, with our outlet pricing, the costs are low for taking a chance and buying art that you aren't quite sure where you are going to hang it.

6.How is the art priced ?
Each framed image or item is individually priced. The price includes all taxes. We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. No checks are accepted.

7. What are the “Hold” tags I see when I shop at Pop’s ?

The “HOLD” tags are placed by our customers on wall décor they have selected to “save it ” while they continue to shop. The “hold” is good for 90-minutes after which the tag is removed and the wall décor re-stocked for sale. See any Pop’s Outlet associate for a Hold Tag. We ask that you remove any Hold Tags after you have made your final selections.
 
8.Does POP's offer shipping or mailing services ?
No. All framed art and wall décor is sold "as is , where is". Our associates will help you load-up your car or van
